Instructor says, "Look." Look to left. Instructor says, "Begin."
pull in left foot and prepare double knife hand, step out to back stance with double knife hand; step to right front stance while turning left knife hand palm down and cross over (at elbow) with right spear hand
look right, right step (90 degree turn to right) to right back stance with double knife hand; step to left front stance while turning right knife hand palm down and cross over (at elbow) with left spear hand
look to front; step in with left foot (90 degree turn to front), Reverse Jae Bee*; right front kick to front stance; right target out, reverse middle punch; left side kick, right side kick to back stance with double knife hand & YELL
look over left shoulder; step (270 degrees) left to back stance; left in to out block; right front kick put down in back; left target out, right out to in block
look over right shoulder; step (180 degrees) right to back stance; right in to out block; left front kick put down in back; right target out, left out to in block
look over left shoulder; step in with left leg; Reverse Jae Bee*; right front kick to front stance with downward high backfist & YELL
look left; left leg in to cat stance; right target out, left out to in block; left front kick to front stance with left target out and reverse middle punch
look over right shoulder; turn (180 degrees) with left step and draw in right foot to right cat stance; left target out, right out to in block; right front kick to front stance with right target out and reverse middle punch
look left; turn on right foot (90 degrees), left foot hovering, and right target out; step to left front stance with left out to in block; left target out; twist back (sound effect); double punch
step to right front stance with left target out, right out to in block; right target out; twist back (sound effect); double punch & YELL
*Reverse Jae Bee: feet together, knife hands at sides of chest; keep eyes forward while twisting body to right while stepping backward with left leg and extending knife hands to behind head; on a slow three count with a quick finish, turn body to left modified front stance (with back heel up) while throwing the Jae Bee. |
