Tae Kyuk Oh Jang 4th Tae Kyuk Form
Look left 90°/Step left foot to left front stance/Left arm low block (arm inside to block low) Pull hand up, turn over and push back down (2 second move) [move is called a breakout/breakaway] Draw left foot in to ready stance (face front)/(cross arms left on outside) Left side backfist strike to temple
Look right 90°/Step right foot to right front stance/Right arm low block (arm inside to block low) Pull hand up, turn over and push back down (2 second move) [move is called a breakout/breakaway] Draw right foot in to ready stance (face front)/(cross arms right on outside) Right side backfist strike to temple
Look front/Right hand target out/Step to left front stance/Left out-to-in outer forearm middle block (fast move) Invert front stance/Left hand target out/ Revert to left front stance/Right out-to-in outer forearm middle block Right leg front kick to right front stance/Right inner forearm in-to-out middle block Invert front stance/Right hand target out/ Revert to right front stance/Left out-to-in outer forearm middle block Left leg front kick to left front stance/Left inner forearm in-to-out middle block Invert front stance/Left hand target out/ Revert to left front stance/Right out-to-in outer forearm middle block Step forward to right front stance/Right high section downward backfist strike with YELL
Look and turn left 270° (right foot pivot point) Step into left back stance/Left single knife hand middle block (starts on outside) Step to right front stance/right elbow strike
Look and turn right 180°/(left pivot foot) Step to right back stance/Right single knife hand middle block (starts on outside) Step to left front stance/left elbow strike
Look and turn left 90° (front)(right pivot foot)/Step to left front stance/Left arm low block (prepare on inside to block low) Invert front stance/Left hand target out/Revert to left front stance/Right out-to-in outer forearm middle block Right leg front kick into right front stance/Right arm low block (from inside) Invert front stance/Right hand target out/Revert to right front stance/Left out-to-in outer forearm middle block
Look and turn left 90°/Draw left leg in then out to left front stance/Left arm high block Right leg side kick to right front stance/Left elbow smash
Look and turn right 180°/Draw right leg in then out to right front stance/Right arm high block Left leg side kick to left front stance/Right elbow smash
Look and turn 90° left (back)(right pivot foot)/Step to left front stance/Left arm low block Invert front stance/Left hand target out/Revert to left front stance/Right arm out-to-in outer forearm middle block Right front kick/Jump forward over fallen opponent to diamond stance* /Right side backfist strike with YELL
